CPC YOUTH GROUP:
The youth group of CPC (6th grade - 12th grade) meets on Sunday evenings from 5:30-8:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. The normal flow of events is dinner, games, followed up with worship (singing + lesson). The Westminster Shorter Catechism opens up with "(Q1:) What is the chief end of man? (A1:) Man's chief end is to glorify God, and to enjoy Him forever." This is our Youth Group motto; that we would instill teenagers to have a theology of fun, rooted in our union with Christ, while striving to know God and love Him and neighbor better.
Additionally, we have two Youth Sunday School classes. The girl's class meets in the office room while the boy's class meets in the bonus room, both in the Fellowship Hall. Sunday School begins at 9:30am and walks through a book of the Bible with questions directed towards how the youth can apply God's Word to their lives as teenagers.
